Many years ago I created a seasoning recipe for home made tortilla chips I would make for my family and it's safe to say I was unprepared for the enthusiastic response it received. Over time I made the seasoning available to family and friends who wanted try it on different types of foods and so it began, caterers started using the seasonings for steaks, chicken, rice, Italian dishes including Alfredo sauce. Starting with 3 oz bottles and now available in 7 oz bottles. Currently available is the Original Recipe as well as a Lite Pepper version with more varieties coming soon including dessert and lemon pepper flavors. I named the company, Para Familia because I started making this for family, now I invite you use it for yours. Give my seasonings a try and see for yourself what it's all about.
